    Dr. Kieffer and current psychology interns want to inform you about our INTERNSHIP PROGRAM!

  • Students will have a chance to talk to current interns and learn more about the internship application process.
  • This is an extremely important meeting for JUNIORS! If you are a junior and planning to do internship, YOU MUST ATTEND. We will start promptly at 12:00pm!
  • FREE pizza and drinks will be provided at 12:00pm!

Internship Applications due TODAY by 5:00pm

Good evening, Psychology Majors!

Please remember that any student wishing to complete an internship in the Spring, 2013 semester MUST submit an internship application to Dr. Kieffer in St Ed 216 by 5:00pm on Monday, April 16, 2012. Late applications will NOT be accepted. If you need an application, please stop by Dr. Kieffer’s office between now and the deadline. If the door is closed, it is acceptable to leave the completed application under the office door.

Summer Internship Position

This summer Florida International University in Miami, FL will be offering a unique training experience through the Center for Children and Families. The Summer Treatment Program (STP) is a world-renowned, intensive, behavioral treatment program for youth with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, which utilizes a recreational and sport-focused curriculum.

In addition to providing treatment for the children and families, the program also offers dedicated staff training. The link below will take all those interested to the counselor position announcement for more information. The majority of the staff at the program have come from educational and training institutions across the country, and can provide students with a unique training experience. All applications from interested individuals are encouraged.
